What is Master Clinicians?
​Master Clinicians is a continuing medical education (CME) company for the next generation of healthcare clinicians (Physicians, PAs and NPs) working in the emerging medical fields such as emergency medicine, urgent care medicine, telemedicine, women's health and hospitalist medicine. We provide online and live education courses with best-in-class instructors (our Master Clinicians Mentors).

What is the Art of Medicine?
Our goal is for our Master Clinicians Mentors to teach the "Art of Medicine" in addition to the science. In their courses, our instructors share tricks and tools that they use, pearls of wisdom and experiences that helps with diagnosis, management and improvement of the patient experience. These are the things you cannot find in regular text books or online, especially in the emerging medical fields.
What Accreditation Does Masters Clinicians Have?
These activities have been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of Oakstone Publishing and Master Clinicians, LLC. Oakstone Publishing is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
How Do I Get My CME Credits & Certificate?
Once all the required course elements are finished, a CME certificate with the amount of credit assigned to the course will be automatic generated for download and print. Our CME credit are all AMA PRA Category 1 and can be used universally by physicians, PA's and NP's. Some courses may have other additional CME accreditations for specific professions.
What Do I Get with My Purchase?
Once you have completed the purchase, you will receive full access to the online CME course which may include instructional videos, slides lecture, pdf's, etc. You can take your time with each course as there is no time limit. With lifetime access, you can return to the course at any time whether completed or not. All purchases are non-refundable once the course has been accessed.
What is your Refund Policy?
Refunds for courses or bundles will only be considered within 72 hours from the time of purchase. If a course has been accessed (including, but not limited to, video views, quiz attempts, or file downloads) within the first 72 hours of purchase, the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
What Devices Do I Need to Access CME Courses?
You may access this CME by using your mobile device, tablet, laptop or desktop. You can use any Apple or android product or any product that allows you to access the website. Some people prefer to listen on the go and others prefer to sit and learn.
How Does Master Clinicians Give Back to the Community?
Since early 2020, Master Clinicians has donated a portion of quarterly sales to local and national charities to support the healthcare community. Organizations include: St. Jude Children's Hospital, Dr. Lorna Breen Foundation, COVID-19 Emergency Relief Fund, Urgent Care Foundation, Susan G. Komen and CIDA.
Can I Use Master Clinicians Promotional Coupons for All Products?
We offer Special Promotions and Sales throughout the year. While these offers are available to use for all individual courses and memberships (unless specified otherwise), no promotional codes can be used toward Group Purchasing.
What are CME Access Passes?
MC Access Pass is Master Clinician’s Signature Membership. It is a way for providers to get more value and freedom with their CME benefits. Thru, either Gold, Silver or Bronze Access pass, the member tokenizes their CME stipend as (aka CME tokens) on the Master Clinicians platform so there is no more use it or lose it funds. With these tokens, providers will be able to purchase online CME courses, CME events or even travel CME packages. Furthermore, the Access Pass will grant the member with unique Master Clinicians Signature Events.

What are the Benefits of CME Access Passes?
The Access Pass allows you to purchase online courses, live events or travel CME packages using your stored tokens. Furthermore, some of the online courses are discounted when you use your tokens to enroll, sometimes up to 50% off. The Access Pass also grants you exclusive free access to Master Clinicians Signature live events and annual virtual CME summits. For more information on our events, click here. There are also perks such as extra Reward Points and multipliers when earning additional reward points at our resource center. There is also access to exclusive areas on the platform, additional giveaways and future benefits for our members.
What are Master Clinicians Tokens and What Can I Do with Them?
When you purchase one of our Access Passes, you will receive Tokens based on the tier you choose. Use the CME Tokens to enroll in courses from our CME library, purchase a CME event ticket or design your travel CME package. Since your CME tokens never expire, you can choose to store them and use them anytime you like.
One CME token will always equal one dollar. CME tokens can only be used to purchase CME’s courses or events on our platform. You will not be able to convert CME tokens into gifts or cash. This is to ensure that the CME token can only be used for educational purposes.
Do I Get Any Benefits from Using Tokens Instead of Directly Purchasing a Course?
Yes. When you use your CME tokens to purchase an online CME course, many of the courses for purchase are at a discounted price. The tokens also allow you to purchase CME event tickets and CME travel packages. One of the main benefits of using our CME tokens is that it allows you to store your hard earned CME stipend and then use them on a variety of appropriate CME options at a later date.
Can I Earn Extra Tokens?
Yes. You can earn additional FREE tokens by redeeming your Reward Points . By using our resource center and other sections of our platform, you have multiple ongoing opportunities to earn Reward Points from activities such as viewing educational content, playing medical themed games, or attending a webinar from one of our many partners. How Do I Know How Many Tokens I Have?
You can check your total CME token by looking at the top of the webpage. The number next to the symbol is your token count. You can also learn more by checking your profile and wallet page here.
If I Purchase an Access Pass Do I Get Access to the Whole CME Library?
Access Passes do not automatically enroll you in all Master Clinicians courses. Once you choose the specific course you would like to enroll in, you redeem the appropriate points value for that course.
How Long Do I Have Access to Online Courses I Enrolled In?
Once you enroll or purchase an online course or bundle, you will have access to courses forever. If you purchased a membership, it will grant access to the designated library until expiration
How Do I Use My Tokens to Sign Up for Master Clinicians Courses?
Be sure you have enough CME tokens to make the purchase. At check out for the desired course, event or travel package, just using the token option, and this will deduct from your total count.
What are the Differences Between the Different Tier Access Passes?
The higher the tier, the more benefits and access. The Gold Access Pass has more tokens, more exclusive access and more benefits compared to the Silver or Bronze. For a comparison view, click here or see the table below.

What is the Rewards Program?
The rewards program is a mechanism developed by the Master Clinicians team to reward its members that are actively using the site. Reward points cannot be purchased and are earned through interaction and engagement. This function was built to give our users a fun and rewarding experience while learning.
How and Where do I Earn Reward Points?
Reward Points can be earned through various interactions with the Master Clinicians platform. Some Reward Points are earned immediately all at once after an action is performed while others are earned through a drip process and over time. There are also some memberships and badges which will grant members a faster way to earn reward points thru Bonus modifiers (ex: 1.5x) by increasing the total amount earned or rate to earn.
The Resource Center, aka our Digital Exhibit Hall, is where all of our non-CME applications are housed. It will be the most popular area where Reward Points are awarded. These are the areas where you can earn by actions such as reviewing educational materials, playing medical themed games or reviewing a job posting. Points are also awarded for actions such as listening to certain podcasts, posting events and interactions with other parts of the platform. Once the “Network” is live, you can also earn more Reward Points by your contribution to the community via posting a blog/review, commenting and replying. From time to time, there are also periodic bonus Reward Points awarded when you refer a friend or purchase certain products such as our CME Access Pass!
What can I do with Reward Points?
Reward points are like your favorite travel or credit card reward points that you accumulate over time. After accumulation, you have various options at the Rewards Redemption page (insert link). One popular option will be the ability to trade them in for our CME tokens, which can be used to purchase online courses, CME events and our travel CME packages. (For FAQ on CME token → click here)
Other popular options include donating to some of our spotlight charities like American Red Cross, American Cancer Society, Unicef and more. Over time, we will add more charities to donate to.
Lastly, you can also use the Reward Points to treat yourself to coffee or use it for minor essentials. Over time, there will be more additional redemption options based on the feedback and recommendations from the community.
Do Reward Points Expire?
Reward points do not expire and the ability to redeem would be available at any time. However, the options for redemptions may change from time to time and the conversion required may also change, based on various factors. Some options may also be temporarily or limited.
It is important to note that Rewards Points cannot be transferred to other members and can only be redeemed at the Master Clinicians platform based on the options available.
Where Do I Check my Reward Points?
You can check your personal Reward balance at the top right corner of the website. The number next to the is your total Reward Points. You can also go to your profile page to get a more detailed view and history of how Rewards Points were accumulated or spent.
