Do you get nervous when treating pregnant patients? Women who are pregnant have many physiological changes from nausea, swelling, to heart murmur, hypotension and other physiological responses. Knowing whats normal and abnormal is important for the outpatient clinician. What can you give a pregnant patient with asthma? Flu? UTI? Headache? Rash?
