Review dozens of chest x-rays and identify diagnoses from pneumonia, PE, to TB, pneumothorax and more. Learn to identify common and life-threatening diagnoses on abdominal x-rays including volvulus, small bowel obstruction, free air under the diaphragm, foreign body ingestion, and more.
High Yield and Easy to Remember
• Learn tricks of the trade from our Emergency Medicine expert, Dr. Gino Farina, on recognizing and managing the various presentations that will appear in your urgent care and emergency department. Learn how to identify common soft tissue neck x-rays such as retropharyngeal abscess, epiglottitis, foreign body ingestion, and more.
Practice Makes Perfect
• This course consists of chapters of video lectures, each with multiple case scenarios going over the right approach to reading x-rays and identifying acute pathologies. Included in this course are our standard audio/video slide recordings and pdf of the course materials. You determine the schedule and your pace. Review it as many times as needed. After review of course, self-practice and completion of a short quiz, your CME certificate will be generated as a PDF.
